Ships by chilled courier the morning after harvest

🌾 Harvest & shipping: Processed and jarred in a single batch during the May garlic harvest — made once a year, in limited quantities. Once this batch sells out, it's back next harvest.
🧊 Storage tips: Unopened jars keep in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within about a month.
