Our own garlic, grated and jarred with nothing else in it. All the smell and bite of real garlic, ready to use. A spoonful is enough to lift a stir-fry or a dipping sauce.

🌾 Harvest & shipping

Processed and jarred in one batch during the May garlic harvest, so we only make a limited number each year. Once they sell out, the next lot comes after the next harvest.

🧊 Storage tips

Unopened jars keep in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and use it within about a month.
