The young flower stalks of the garlic plant, picked before they toughen. They smell like garlic but bite much more gently, and the texture is closer to asparagus. A classic hot-weather stamina food.

Not orderable at the moment. It comes back when the season does.

Ships without refrigeration. Refrigerated shipping is available only for grated garlic.

🌾 Harvest & shipping
In season from April through May only, ahead of the garlic bulbs themselves. Packed and shipped the day they are picked.
🧊 Storage tips
Bag them and refrigerate. They keep about a week, though the smell is best in the first few days.
