Sakashita Farm produces agricultural products with a focus on coexisting with nature. The field sits inside the life of the soil, the water and everything living in it, and we grow with whatever weather the year gives us.
We are still looking for a balanced production method that respects the natural environment. Some years go well and some do not go to plan. Either way we keep trying new things.
Where SAKAVEGE comes from
SAKAVEGE is a brand I conceived myself. I created these stress-free vegetables by putting myself in the crops' shoes, thinking about how they could grow most comfortably, and what kind of care I would appreciate if I were a plant myself.
