Frequently asked questions
- Shipping is ¥980, free on orders of ¥8,000 or more. Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands carry a ¥500 surcharge. Products ship without refrigeration, except grated garlic, which ships refrigerated. Refrigerated shipping is not available for other products.
- Because our products are fresh produce, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us the day it arrives with a photo and we will reship or refund immediately.
- We ship anywhere in Japan. For remote islands, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability and transit times. Products ship without refrigeration, except grated garlic, which ships refrigerated. Refrigerated shipping is not available for other products.
- Set contents are chosen by us from whatever is best in the field that day. If you have allergies or dislikes, note them at checkout and we will always leave them out.
