Our own rice, shipped unmilled as genmai. The bran and germ are still on, so it turns nutty as you chew and keeps its minerals and fibre. Give it a little extra water and a long soak and it cooks up plump.

- Harvested and dried in autumn, then bagged once your order comes in. We grow one crop a year, so when it runs out, it runs out.
- 🧊 Storage tips
- Keep it sealed somewhere cool and dark, away from heat, humidity and direct sun. The crisper works well. Brown rice keeps longer than white, but it is at its best within about two months.
